CONSECUTIVE INTERPRETATION
The speaker pauses every few minutes to allow time for the interpreter to deliver the information. It works well for short business meetings, interviews or workshops with small groups.
SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION
The interpreter speaks a few seconds after the speaker. If the event is face-to-face, the attendees listen through a receiving device. Equipment and booth rental must be considered, and depending on the duration of the event, two or more interpreters may be required. Simultaneous interpretation can also be done remotely through digital platforms like Zoom.
